The Conscious Connection 6 Step Coaching Process:

6 Steps to help you consciously connect with what you truly want and design an action plan to achieve it.

Initial Session:

  • Establish your background and objectives
  • Develop coach/client bond of trust

Goal Setting:

  • Identify your long-term goals
  • Prioritize course of action

The “Now”:

  • Uncover existing blocks and/or obstacles
  • Dismantle unhealthy thoughts, beliefs and attitudes

The Inner Phase:

  • Reconnect with your values, strengths and passions
  • Enhance confidence, alignment and decision-making skills

Action Plan:

  • Outline measurable short-term goals
  • Leverage your innate abilities and skills to get moving in the right direction

Taking Action:

  • Provide you with prospective, feedback and accountability
  • Enable you to reach your maximum potential and achieve goals

Coaching is confidential and consists of 60-minute sessions in person or by phone.

A minimum 3-month commitment is recommended for first time clients.
